How we got here

FSA started because of a problem I kept running into. I was running a digital marketing agency and hired overseas talent to help with operations. It worked. Other business owners saw what I built and asked me to do the same thing for them. So I did.

What I learned pretty fast is that the talent exists. The Philippines has sharp, experienced professionals across nearly every role you'd hire for. The problem was never the people. The problem was the infrastructure around them: sourcing, vetting, onboarding, accountability, and retention. Most business owners don't have the time or systems to build that out themselves. That's what FSA handles.

What we actually do

We source candidates, screen them, run interviews, and present vetted finalists. You do a short interview and pick. From there, we handle time tracking, productivity monitoring, payroll, and ongoing support. The talent works under FSA, not under you, so there's no employer liability on your side.

One hourly rate. Everything else is handled underneath.
